THE ARTPORT 2025 PHOTOGRAPHY OPEN COMPETITION
The ArtPort Photography Open Competition provides a platform for photographers young and old: inspiring themes encourage engagement with the world around us with a special focus on Portishead’s richly diverse environment; whilst the ArtPort Photography Exhibition gives amateur photographers the experience of exhibiting their work publicly in an exhibition that is a key part of the arts festival programme. INTERNATIONAL WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER, 2024. Last year, ArtPort’s major community event was an exhibition of stunning works by the international wildlife photographer Sean Weekly. Bringing together images taken across the globe, the exhibition formed the centrepiece of ArtPort’s 2024 community arts programme, bring art into the centre of our community for all to access and enjoy.
