I taught myself to spin during lockdown and I find it so satisfying to turn a dirty sheep fleece into a clean usable yarn. I find I spend far more time spinning wool than felting or weaving but I still enjoy creating something with wool, silk, cotton and plant fibres. I love to demonstrate spinning and can be found on my stand answering questions from anyone, young or old. I also have samples of plant and animal fibres that can be turned into sustainable yarns and fabrics. I sell my spun wool along with other items I have created as well as some kits so you can have a go yourself.
