MANTRA MURALSI'm Shruti. I'm a freelance illustrator and muralist based in North Somerset. I have a BFA in Applied Arts. I love incorporating strong women form into my murals but sometimes the brief can be limiting which I try to then capture in my digital art. Details are an important elements in my designs and my style can have a slightly naïve feel to it.
My work often depicts vivid scenes, bold beautiful and vibrant colours, patterns and lots of pretty foliage. My Cold Water Swimmer Series is inspired by the ladies that love fun times in the cold water, with friends. Inspired by emotions, I’m trying to capture the essence of their experience, their feelings along with the serenity or calmness of their movement, and turn them into art. |
