Rose Lafferty (Rose Felt Inspired) creates felted pictures using both wet-felting and needle felting techniques. Although the dominant material is usually Merino wool, other wools, silks and fibres are usually incorporated. Home dyed rare breed sheep wool locks also often feature in her pictures. The pictures are usually inspired by nature with the sea, birds and animals as recurring themes.
